Yunis Enterprises and affiliated corporations constitute a diversified group of family-run businesses formed to serve virtually every commercial and residential real estate-related need.

Established over five decades ago, this successful synergy has developed a unique array of holdings, including shopping plazas, built to suit office buildings, resorts, government office buildings, free-standing structures, sale-leaseback properties, and Planned Unit Developments.

Real estate investments are primarily in New York State and Florida.

Our past projects include bringing together private and public financing resulting in Phase I of Colonial Commons Shopping Center. This included Outback Restaurant in Big Flats, New York, and a 60,000 square foot modern office building developed in conjunction with Welliver McGuire.
